At Reef Gardener we do our best to provide you with affordable, reliable shipping. We offer Fedex and USPS overnight shipping on our website.

You can click on the item and it will give you details on how to add USPS shipping without being charged for shipping a second time when going through the checkout process.

If you're not sure whether USPS offers overnight delivery to your area, feel free to ask me and I will check for you.

If you live in a remote area or prefer Fedex you can choose this shipping option.

• Fedex standard overnight to East Coast is: $45.00
• Fedex standard overnight to West Coast is: $50.00
• Fedex standard overnight within Florida: $23.00
• TX, OK, KS, NE, SD, ND, and west pays this rate.

The $10 box fee is already included in the price of shipping, there are no extra charges. We ship Mon through Thurs and will ship on a certain day for you by request. If you wish to have your package held for pickup or have the signature waived please contact us PRIOR to shipping.

Upgrading to Priority overnight is: $5.00 extra.

Saturday delivery is $15.00 extra and not available in all areas. Please contact us to verify.

We are happy to use your own Fedex/USPS account. We only charge a box/handling fee of $10.00. If you wish to use your own acct please contact us or put your acct info in the address area.

Discounts:

Orders at or over $300.00 will get FREE Priority overnight shipping.

Florida residents spend over $100.00 get free shipping. Please contact us for this discount as the shopping cart will not do this automatically.

Reef Gardener Shipping policy:

We do our very best to pack and ship your corals/critters. All of our corals are triple bagged, packed with peanuts in a 1" thick styrofoam cooler with free heat/cool packs. We ship out by 6:30pm so your order is in transit for as short a time as possible. We check your zip code on the weather channel before shipping to make sure everything is packed specific to the conditions in your area.

Live arrival:

We guarantee live arrival for the first 24 hours.

****Please report any DOA's within 24 hours and send pictures. This guarantee is void if you do not contact us within the first 24 hours.
We will NOT be held responsible for DOA's due to WEATHER/FLIGHT delay, lost packages, and damage caused by FedEx. FedEx will not reimburse shipping costs for weather/mechanical delays.***

If your order is damaged due to the shipper please notify us asap and save the package for evidence. We will do everything within our power to make things right, but we cannot help you if you do not contact us.

Most orders require a signature upon delivery unless previously notified. We will not be held responsible if you are gone while Fedex is attempting delivery.

Acclimation:
